I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?  

Upon completing your order you will receive an email confirming this. Once your order has shipped (usually after the 1-2 day processing time), you'll get a second email with a link to the tracking number. (Please check your junk email folder if it has not gone to your main inbox)

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email. or direct message through Depop or Instagram. Our warehouse often processed orders within a couple of hours. If we have processed an order, we are unable to change or cancel it. Once we have shipped your parcel and you  have received the shipping email, we are unable to cancel or change it.

 

I'M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING, BUT I DON'T SEE IT! WILL IT COME IN STOCK?

We cannot determine when items may be back in stock, but we do try and update stock every few weeks.
